Hurricane

“After a hurricane, comes a rainbow.” Words of wisdom from a pop star? Ok, so be it, I’ll take it where I can get it. Thank you Katy Perry.

I know I have been slacking on my 365 project. Life simply got in the way. However, I intend to catch up soon. I have still been taking pictures just about every day, so I will get them uploaded a.s.a.p. Be prepared for a pic dump, coming soon to a blog near you.

project365 – April 22, 2012 – Fog promotes sleepy boats

Sail boats sleeping in the mist on a cold foggy morning, captured on our way out of port on a whale-less whale watching trip.

project365 – April 21, 2012 – Spikey beard

We saw this little guy at the Pet Expo this weekend. My daughter pet it several times, and my son was afraid of it, and wouldn’t get anywhere near it, although he did like it’s name, a bearded dragon! I took this with my Nikon D80 and 60mm macro lens.

project365 – April 20, 2012 – Crunchy classic

I made an egg salad sandwich more closely resemble an actual salad by putting a piece of lettuce on it. It adds a nice crunch to a classic crunchless favorite of mine.

project365 – April 19, 2012 – No bears on two wheels

This is a relic, a symbol of an era, now covered in dust. Someday it will be reborn, free to roam the lands as nature intended. Someday…

project365 – April 18, 2012 – Congestion

A re-enactment of the 405 any time that I happen to be driving alone on it… Yes, my son has a ton of cars!
